the first incarnation of this site was devoted to the research i completed during my mba. my thesis was entitled
‘managing tension and disagreements in virtual teams’.

about 3 posts into the site i realised i needed to broaden the focus. my interest (both academic and in the real world) lies in online communication especially social networking, online communities, virtual work and teams. i also like cool new web toys that make my life easier hence why it’s now about online work and life and technology (and why the url is ‘vt’ ie virtual teams).

i am slowly uploading the results of my research. if you just can’t wait and want to read the entire thing (gee, that’s ambitious!), contact me.
