Call for Papers–The International Journal of Organizational Analysis

The IJOA is a scholarly quarterly journal which publishes original theoretical and empirical articles dealing with national and international issues on organization theory, strategic management, organizational behavior, business and society, and human resource management. It also publishes case studies, research notes, simulations, teaching notes, and books reviews.

Manuscripts must be prepared according to the 1994 edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association and will be reviewed by double-blind review process. Please send your paper as an attached file in Word 2000 to the Editor, Afzal Rahim at mgt2000@aol.com.
